Pre-Health Post-Bac - Start in Spring - Apply by October 1

Are you planning to go to medical school?

SFSU's Pre-Health Professions Post-Baccalaureate program is intended for students who have already earned a bachelor's degree and wish to apply to U.S. health professional schools. Depending on their academic path and in consultation with their pre-health advisor, students will take prerequisite courses, upper-division electives or a combination of the two.

Application Period: August 1 - October 1   
Deadline: October 1, 8:59 p.m. PT/11:59 p.m. ET

Who Should Apply in Spring

• Formal Post-Bac:
  • Career Changer Track (CCT): Applicants must have completed one year of General Chemistry and a college math course.
  • Academic Enhancer Track (AET): All applicants are welcome.
