System Update: Shopping Cart and Class Schedule Downtime, September 12–13

                        Information Technology Services (ITS) will apply a critical Oracle patch to SFSU databases from Friday, September 12, at 5 p.m., through Saturday, September 13, at 5 p.m. These essential security updates will help protect SFSU data and maintain system integrity. During this maintenance window, all services connected to the Oracle databases will be unavailable.
Services affected include:
- Academic Senate Voting
 - CPaGE Shopping Cart
 - Class Schedule
 - Data refresh for HR_INTERFACE object
 - Data refresh for OneCard
 - Data refresh for some OnBase MVs
 - Directory Search
 - Email Account Services
 - Grade Exceptions
 - MV refresh for Academic Technology
 - MV refresh for Follett Bookstore
 - MV refresh for usage of Web Team such as those CR objects
 - OnBase application
 - Password Change / Reset
 - Pre-Requisite Roster
 - SFSU ID lookup
 - Short Term Loan
 - University Calendar
 - Zeus Test
